Four London hotels where the casino is part of the stay
This is an independent, unofficial guide. It is not the official website of any hotel or casino listed, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any of them.

How this list is ordered
London has many casinos and many hotels. Very few combine both under one stay. Entries appear here only where a licensed casino sits inside the hotel, shares the same building complex, or is adjoining with a published guest link (for example lobby or complimentary entry). A hotel that merely stands near an unrelated casino is excluded.
Order reflects integration first then the breadth of hotel facilities described on each property’s own site. It is an editorial sequence for travellers comparing options. It is not an official ranking, and no venue has paid for its place.
Short summaries with openly licensed building photography. Rates, offers and live availability belong on each venue’s official channels.

Edwardian Hotels’ May Fair property on Stratton Street lists complimentary entry to Genting’s Palm Beach Casino via Berkeley Street. The casino occupies the historic ballroom wing adjoining the hotel, so the stay and the gaming floor are linked in the hotel’s own guest information.

The hotel at Bedford Avenue / St Giles Circus sits beside Grosvenor Casino St Giles on Tottenham Court Road. Hotel materials describe direct evening access from the lobby to the casino, which is why the pair qualifies as a combined stay rather than two neighbours that happen to share a postcode.

Millennium’s conference hotel and Grosvenor’s Gloucester casino both use the 4–18 Harrington Gardens address range. The hotel’s own accessibility guide places the casino next door on that terrace. Integration is adjoining rather than internal, so the pair closes this list.

Eighteen and over on the casino floor
18+ only for gambling. Entry to licensed casinos in Great Britain is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Hotel lobbies, restaurants and bedrooms may welcome guests of all ages where the hotel says so; the gaming floor does not.
Gambling involves risk and can become harmful. Casino Escape UK never presents gambling as a way to make money or solve financial problems.
If you want to check how gambling is affecting you, use established tools rather than anything invented here:
To self-exclude from land-based casinos across Great Britain, use SENSE. GAMSTOP covers online gambling only and does not replace SENSE for physical venues.
No. Casino Escape UK is an independent editorial guide. It does not take bookings, payments or memberships for any venue.
Why only four venues?
London has many casinos, but few that form part of a hotel stay under the criteria above. Padding the list with hotels that merely sit near a casino would mislead travellers, so the guide stays at four.
Can families stay at these hotels?
Several of the hotels welcome guests of all ages in bedrooms and restaurants. The casino floors remain 18+. Always confirm family policies on the hotel’s official site before booking.
Where should I book?
Only through each hotel’s or casino’s official website or phone number. Links on this site are labelled as official sources.
The short version
Four London hotels qualify here because their casinos are inside, adjoining or lobby-linked. Order follows how tightly hotel and casino sit together, not a paid ranking. Book and check live detail only on official venues. Gambling is 18+, involves risk, and help is available through GamCare, GambleAware and SENSE.
